Mr. Terry tells Santa and Mrs. Claus his wishes for this Christmas. Mr. Terry tells Santa and Mrs. Claus his wishes for this Christmas. Breakfast with Santa was held at the James W. Merritt, Jr., Memorial Library on Saturday morning, December 1.

Children, ages 2-9, visited with Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus and made their requests for gifts. In addition to meeting with the Clauses, the children decorated Christmas trees, colored pictures, and enjoyed refreshments. Mrs. Claus held the children spellbound with her reading of a Christmas story. Each child received a Christmas ornament personalized by Barbara Wilkin.

The occasion was shared by parents, grandparents, other relatives, and friends. Staff members Karen Josey and Donna Weeks, and board members Tina Grimsley, Barbara Wilkin, Jo Davis, Debra Jones and Patsie Bevis assisted with the event. A special note of gratitude is extended to the following individuals and businesses, Ameris Bank, First State Bank and PeoplesSouth Bank who sponsor Breakfast with Santa annually, and to the Miller County Liberal staff for photographs and publicity.
