Homecoming Court selected at SGA

Southwest Georgia Academy’s 2010 Homecoming Court has been selected by high school student vote. The homecoming court representatives will be escorted by their fathers during homecoming activities on Friday, September 10, where the SGA Warriors will host the RSS Patriots. The identity of the queen will be revealed, and she will be crowned by a senior Warrior football player following the game.

The senior class is being represented by Bethany Bodrey, Maggie Bridges, and Brooke Hornsby. Bethany is the daughter of Chuck and Jenny Bodrey of Colquitt. Maggie is the daughter of John and Cathy Bridges Jr. of Brinson, and Brooke is the daughter of Bill and Lora Hornsby of Iron City.

The junior class representatives are Elizabeth Heard and Alisan Stewart. Elizabeth is the daughter of Gary and Gina Heard of Leary. Alisan is the daughter of Andy and Lisa Stewart of Colquitt.

The sophomore class is represented by Kimberly Kennedy. Kimberly is the daughter of Stan and Melody Kennedy of Donalsonville.

The freshman class representative is Addison Ponder. Addison is the daughter of Ernest and Karen Ponder of Donalsonville.

Saturday, September 11, the court will be honored at the homecoming dance which will be held in the SGA Cafeteria at 8:00 p.m. All SGA alumni are invited.
